Since the beginning of the process I felt comfortable and secure that they were going to make my soon to be husband‘s ring everything he wanted and more! They were attentive, quick with responses and helpful throughout the whole process of it all. I was very timid and indecisive throughout a lot of it but they constantly made me feel knowledgeable of what was going to be done and what I should be aware of. Every worker I had dealt with helped me with constant questions I had. They even worked on the ring again when I had a tiny concern about a small detail of the ring.
