Couldn't be happier. I had an idea of what I wanted the ring to look like but had no idea where to start. Their design process made it super simple, they asked some question and I attached reference photos and they had an artist draw up some sketches that were absouley amazing. I picked the one I liked the most and from there was able to see a full 3d rendering and make changes from there. After we picked the design they had a huge selection of metals and stones to work with and the consultants were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every steps and even more surprisingly at no point were they ever "pushy sales people" it was a great experience working with them. They made the process simple and I felt in control of the decision the entire time. The time line they projected was spot on, only issue was getting it cleared at customs (out of their control) and really even that only took a few days. When the ring arrived it looked even better than the pictures they had sent. We both love the ring and would hands down recommend using custom made. We are now getting our wedding bands from them as well.
