1. Website Experience - Great experience overall and ease of use and interface 2. Customer Experience - The staff was well informed and coordinated. I was always up to date on my order and I was given plenty of chances to offer my input and get the final shape I wanted. 3. Product Experience - I received exactly what I wanted. Every step of the way I was able to shape my ring the way I wanted and I obtained all pieces in an appropriate amount of time for shipping. 4. Costs vs. Customization - I had no previous benchmarks on what to expect the costs to be and everyone wants the best bang for their buck. If you have a price range in mind as I did, you should expect it to be more if you want a customized ring. By no fault of the company, however just be aware for international customers you may have import fees that you might not have considered, as well as foreign currency exchange. These are things that I wish I had known before starting the project as I ended up doubling my budget after everything was said and done.
