I was a bit sceptical with working with a company that primarily uses the internet to do business. However that being said I could not have been in better hands. Their customer service is exceptional, they always go out of their way to do everything they can to accommodate you as a customer. Through the entire process I had access to someone pretty much 24 hrs a day, or close to it. If I had a design or concept change or concern they always responded very quickly and then bam they come back with a new concept drawing or computer design of the new ring or what ever you may be having them custom make. I have never done anything like this before, especially not buying an engagement and wedding band set without even seeing them in person first. But I and my fiance are extremely pleased with their work. She loved (which is a understatement) the ring they helped me design from the ideas I had in mind. I would use them again if I ever need another custom peice of jewelry.
