The team at 'Custom Made' are undoubtedly extremely professional and made the entire process super enjoyable. I bought a pair of matching pendants for myself and my sister and we were able to effectively incorporate our ideas into the design while getting professional advice from the design team to ensure a good balance in the design. Further, when the pieces went into production, we received weekly updates and when requested a change after the final piece was made the team was kind enough to redo that. The quality check following this was extremely thorough and the team remade both pieces as they found a defect due to the additional changes that were later added to the design.
