This is the second time I've used Custom Made and worked with their staff on a personalized piece of jewelry. The efforts from the beginning of the consultation through the material selection, creating mock-ups and then producing the item were incredible. These people have an understanding that jewelry can be very personal and therefore, make sure with time and communication to make all efforts to make sure the customer is satisfied. In my personal project, I had a ring that was special and passed down by my grandmother. My husband had given me a complimentary ring for our wedding. I wanted to create two more rings that I can pass down to future generations, creating a set. I am ultimately happy with the result and the cost I paid. The original ring of my grandmother's has a square cut ruby and diamond (fire/ice) with gold band. My wedding ring has a square cut sapphire with four small diamonds (water/ice). I wanted to create two rings that featured an emerald and a yellow sapphire. The set is beautiful.
