If you want the perfect ring for your significant other this is hands down the best place to get a ring made! I started off giving the CustomMade team my criteria for the setting and center stone and they took that information and ran with it! The initial sketches for the setting were close to what I was looking for, but I didn't fall in love with it. I told them what I liked and what I wanted combined between the first 2 sketches and the sketch artist came back with the perfect ring! I couldn't have dreamed up a better! After that I worked on finding the perfect center stone after going through 8 options to find the perfect fit. Then they started making the custom ring and kept me in the loop through the entire ring making process. I received awesome photos after the ring was completed and then they overnighted the ring to me just in time for me to propose. I can't say enough great things about the service and how nice every person I interact was to help me get the perfect custom made ring! Overall the process took 6 weeks from initial contact to ring in my hand. I would hands down do this exact same process over again with CustomMade!
