I asked the team if it was possible to recreate a necklace that my girlfriend had lost which had an incredible amount of sentimental value to her. I managed to find 2 photos where the pendant was clear enough to describe and they made an almost perfect replica, being a complete match on size, shape and detail. Their customer service was also fantastic, telling you what process your project is currently on and a detail explanation of what that process is. They provide an estimated time of production and delivery, which definitely was appreciated! They’re a small business in Cambridge Massachusetts and I couldn’t be happier with the results they gave.
