From start to finish, the entire process was thorough and smooth. Every member of the team was attentive and well informed about their phase of the process. Any questions I had, whether they were about sketches, the main stone, the accents, etc. were answered. I was skeptical at first going with a company I wasn’t familiar with to design a unique piece of jewelry, but in the end, I have zero regrets. I was also concerned initially with how much a custom ring might cost, but to my surprise I didn’t think it was bad at all. I’m very much looking forward to my proposal in the coming weeks, and that is largely in part due to my excitement over showing my soon-to-be-fiancé her custom ring. Incredible experience all around and highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a one of a kind piece of jewelry.
