The work done to customize my piece was perfect! I believe it had to do with the attentiveness of the people involved to get it done and their responsiveness to my questions and comments. They kept me in the loop from beginning to end, kept my expectations real, and I never had a need to call them; they’ve always contacted me at the appropriate times. Delivery was prompt and well-packaged. But best of all, the people on the project made this one of my best experiences! My wife loved the piece and is thinking family heirloom.
