My starting was nice I said my price we went over designs, I gave a deposit. Wasn't bad however they did not verify if the total price was NZD or USD, Its a huge difference between the 2 like not by 100$ by 600$-700$ So my total was not the $800 we agreed it was $1500. The design process was good For some reason they couldn't drop an idea but it still turned out nice, getting it here was horrible I had to pay a further $350 on shipping tax. The product did eventually arrive here quite nicely and it is a pretty piece. Is it worth the $800USD definitely not, I could have just got it local for like a quarter of the price. Now all this isn't the reason I'm giving it 2 stars the reason is because my partner has been wearing the ring for less than 3 weeks now, and first it turned his finger green, and then the ring started going black and tarnishing, you could see all these scratch marks. So I have sent a message and got either send back for refund or buy a new one in gold, and its really not plausible to send it back, So I have asked for a partial refund as its not what I bought, I bought a pure silver ring, pure silver doesn't turn black in 2 weeks or wearing it. But I do doubt I will get anything , but consumer guarantee law does exist for a reason. So over all if you live in the US why no but if not don't even bother.
