This company had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were able to get models of what I wanted and walk me through the process of buying an engagement ring with me coming out at the end understanding what was told to me. They did all this in quick fashion and still had great quality work come out at the end of it. When there was a delay like there being a flaw with the metal of the ring itself they reached out and told me that it would be longer than expected. They sent a really quality product and even sent a care package with stuff that will help someone propose which I thought was great. Overall I just had an amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked me.
