The customer service is nothing short of excellent. I was not an easy customer to deal with, as I made several changes along the way, finalized the project, then realized that I still needed to go back and make some additional changes. I was worried that it would be too late in the process to make the changes, but they were so accommodating and understanding every step of the way. They created a beautiful custom ring that exceeded my expectations. My fiancée said that it “took her breath away” when I presented it to her.
