Every idea and sketch, every rendering were created with amazing detail and the results were spectacular. Our design was a simple picture. The Staff at Custommade stuck to their Service Protocols and what we arrived at was perfect. I didn’t have to concede or compromise at all. Originally I had taken our Sapphire to a local jewelry store and left it with them for what became a month. They didn’t bother to even send an email. Apparently I wasn’t worth their time. I found Custommade online and was a bit hesitant about trusting a company that was on the other side of the country. What I risked and what these fine people rewarded me with will never be forgotten. We are tremendously grateful for the beautiful ring that is perfect!
