They walked me through the entire process, keeping what I envisioned for this "one-of-a-kind" heirloom at the forefront at all times. At no point did I have to compromise what I wanted? because of this experience, I ended up ordering an exact copy of my ring (but smaller and in white gold) for my wifes anniversary gift. From here forward, I will use no one else for my heirloom jewelry.
