I had a great experience with Custom Made. When I initially reached out, I didn't have a family coat of arms. They were upfront and honest that they don't design the coat of arms, but can work with even a simple drawing to design a ring. I submitted a pencil drawing of our coat of arms and they began the design process. I wanted a signet ring with very specific details. As you can imagine, putting this on a ring that is only 19mm is very challenging. They worked with me to modify the design so it came out perfectly.
