I had a very satisfying experience with Custom Made. I had to replace a lost signet ring for my wife, and only had pictures of the artwork for the jewelers to work with and to replicate her family crest for the replacement. Communication was excellent and conducted on a very easy/intuitive platform. Explanatory materials for each step in the process were professional. I felt connected and part of the process the entire time. I would easily go to Custom Made again; a terrific experience!
