Custom Made was very impressive and created just the rings we wanted. They stuck with us as long as it took even though we were very picky customers. Overall we're highly satisfied. In one area, Custom Made could have done much better, and that was definitely frustrating. Our designer was surprisingly poor at understanding our design goals and feedback. We also repeatedly caught basic consistency issues in the renderings. We got through it the hard way: doing low level design work ourselves and micromanaging. That said, we greatly appreciated our designer's unlimited patience - that held things together through the challenges. Everything else about working with Custom Made was truly world class. In the end, the rings are very special to us and we love them. It's hard to imagine we got such high quality, extremely custom jewelry at such a good price.
