I ordered a 3D necklace pendant through CustomMade with a tight deadline. Within hours of submitting a photo of the logo I wanted to be turned into the necklace, I had a computer rendering electronically delivered. I made 2 requests for subtle changes before ultimately deciding the original rendering was ideal, and all the response times, communication tone and guidance were OUTSTANDING. After paying the deposit the CM team got to work on my piece and kept me in the loop throughout every stage of manufacturing, including giving descriptions of just how my necklace was being made. The end result is truly incredible and exceeded every expectation I had for such a small and intricate piece of jewelry. They took my quasi-basic idea and added a truly artistic touch, all while delivering this important present over a week ahead of schedule. If I need custom jewelry at any point in the future, CustomMade will be the only company I will look to. I've included the logo, rendering, and final product in the pictures. The level of finishing (polished raised areas/satin recessed) is much more apparent in person on the actual pendant.
