I had never heard of CustomMade, this was a company my partner found, and after we both have been through the whole process with their team we recommend them to everybody looking for an engagement ring! I was in contact with several people before we received the finished piece and each team member was an absolute delight. They always had resources ready to review and were very receptive to feedback, it truly felt like anything was possible with our design. It's hard to trust any online store with a big purchase like this but CustomMade took away any anxieties we had and we were both SO happy with our designs. They're the best!
