The moment I came to Custom Made and started the process, I immediately started getting help from one of their reps. They were super helpful the whole way through. They always came back with fast and timely responses. They were super efficient, professional, and did everything they could to make sure I got the best outcome with my final ring design. I opted for the expedited option (which cost extra), so I think that's why everything was so fast and efficient. For me, the process from initial design to ring-in-hand took just about 5 weeks! The process was split up into multiple parts: 1. Concepting and Initial Design 2. 3D modeling 3. QA and Final Production. For the concept art, we would have a back-and-forth of coming up with ideas, presenting their art, and giving feedback. Each iteration would take at most a day to come back with new designs based on feedback. Very fast and they took feedback very well! For the modeling, the iteration time was a little bit longer, but that makes sense since we were working out the finer details. Even at that step, you could make pretty big changes. Selecting the diamond was also a really good experience. They would come up with options within your price range. They also made sure the diamond was up to their standards and made sure to let you know as soon as possible if they felt like they needed to exchange the diamond for another one. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend Custom Made to anyone looking to get a custom ring made!
