The process was extremely easy and very quick. They were able to generate initial renderings rapidly and then update them after I showed my wife and she wanted to change elements of the design. Even last minute changes such as adding engraving were very easy to add. Throughout the entire process I was engaged to ensure that the necklace met my vision. Even after the process when there was concern that our selections were too large for my wife to comfortably wear, they offered to make any changes to meet our expectations. I would absolutely use them again to make another custom piece.
