My experience? Stressful… Hiding messages, speaking to my fiancé’s mum secretly, figuring out what my fiancé wanted from random info she’s given over the years… that was stressful. You know what was NOT stressful? Working with custom made. 10 months, countless designs, a million “sorry can I change it?”s from me, and custom made was still exceptional. I changed my design over and over again—not because it didn’t look right (the designs were spot on every time), it was because I kept changing my mind! Yet, Chermalyn, Nikki, and the other staff and designers were always understanding, patient, and professional. I even went as far as getting the ring made and polished, but I started doubting myself! I went back to the drawing board and for no extra fees they came up with a new design. Again, they had plucked the image right out my mind… this time it was perfect all thanks to the team at custom made! Dainty, pretty, subtle, and yet gorgeous, just what I wanted! If from the start, I knew what I wanted, then it wouldn’t have taken 10 months but custom made guided me through the process and made me and my fiancé VERY happy.
