I had a great experience with CustomMade, and I would totally use them again in the future. You work with several team members along the process, and each of them was friendly and helpful. It’s a lot of fun to request certain elements or changes to be made for the ring, and then getting to see what the artist draws up. The artist also finishes their designs pretty quickly, so you get an update at least twice a week, it feels. The ring my fiancée had made was based off a design I drew, which was based off of her opinions, so the fact they were able to draw up, 3D model, and then actually create a ring that so accurately resembles what we had in mind, is pretty crazy. The finished product is very impressive, and I think it looks even better in person. Also, it wasn’t that expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the ring given the work that goes into it, but maybe that’s because we got an inexpensive gemstone, it’s hard for me to say! It’s certainly a unique ring that I don’t expect to be finding on anyone else, and all of that is thanks to CustomMade.
