Really solid experience overall. The only loss of a star comes from how long the process took. When the initial center stone came in it was a smaller stone than quoted. I thought they might take some $ off to compensate but that didn't happen so I opted to wait for the right size to come in. This took a few extra weeks which was a little bit of a bummer but I wasn't in a rush so not a big problem. The folks messaging with me were pretty responsive and would send updates occasionally. Good experience overall and I would definitely recommend CustomMade to others.
