It is the place you would like to come to for a bespoke customized ring. The service was excellent and the team members working on my project was extremely patient even if I made quite a few changes along the way. It is definitely going to be more expensive getting your ring here but it will be exactly what you are looking for. I opted for an asymetrical centre piece of 3 different gems: aquamarine, sapphire and amethyst and had a queer request on the specificity of the carat (to symbolize my bday, my partner's and my dog's). That search for a specific carat gem (an uncommon request I reckon) took awhile but Nikhil the gem expert was very patient with me. I got to thank May who helped with the design as well as I made some design changes along the way and she had to render it for a few times until I was happy with the look. I havent got the ring as it is with my fiance but just in photo I thought it looks very pretty. Came in a nice packaging too. Unfortunately they do not work with titanium ring so I made my fiance's bands elsewhere (he prefers a lightweight ring). For people outside USA, do have to note on the tax when importing the ring. I totally forgot about it and my fiance was asked to pay a 680pound tax on the spot by UPS and was frantically trying to get the payment through with the courier man waiting outside my door.
