My fiancee absolutely loves her ring. In the end, that's all that mattered. I would describe CustomMade as an excellent tool for someone who already has what they're looking for at least somewhat in mind, or at least has good enough taste to make it happen. The folks at CustomMade are very affirming, and I'd hesitate to say that if you have bad taste, you'll still get a good ring. That said, if you're willing to put in the time, put up with some headaches, and persevere, they'll stick by you until you have exactly what you're looking for. Pretty amazing, all things considered.
