Sales to design, design to manufacturing, and then manufacturing to shipping was a great experience. They pass you down step by step and the whole project probably didn't take over 1 hour. They notify you when every step is ready and you simply follow along. I knew what the rings were going to look like before they made them. I will more than likely be making all of my jewelry purchases from CustomMade from now own.
