My experience was amazing from start to finish! I had come to the Custom Made because I had an idea of an engagement ring (my girlfriend had her own specifications I’d taken notes of as well). I sent them all the details of what I wanted and they got right to work, designing it. During the process, they explained each step in detail, anticipated most of my questions, and had visual aids already prepped to make sure I was never confused about what was happening. The customer service was so on point and even when I thought I was nitpicking too much, they were still kind and willing to make every alteration to the 3D model of the ring so it could turn out exactly like I wanted. It came out even better than I could’ve ever imagined and I was able to expedite it once I realized I had a proposal date. They’re at the top of my list for complimentary wedding bands and thanks to their help, I can’t wait to propose.
