The process, as a whole, was positive and very easy. The design team was great to work with and their ability to make what I wanted come through in the piece was impeccable. So much so, my now fiancé described her ring verbatim to how I described what I wanted to the team. However, the wait time between responses was quite frustrating. The overall length of the process probably could have been shortened by over a week had the replies to my messages been a little more timely. I acknowledge the fact that the company is, undoubtedly, very busy and the process takes time, however, replies could’ve been more timely.
