My experience with CustomMade was a great one. The process of designing and purchasing my engagement ring was smooth and detailed. The staff involved with me were very enthusiastic and educated me on each step of the process and made sure I had all the information I needed and was 100% happy before making any decisions. There is a lot more that goes into creating an engagement ring than I realised and their team provided ample concept art and 3D designs of the ring so I knew exactly what it would look like with every change I made. I am from NZ and usually ordering from the US takes weeks to months but the ring arrived within a week of shipping and arrived in a beautiful display box. The ring itself was even more beautiful than the scanned models and photos. I am very satisfied with the CustomMade team and would recommend them for anyone wanting to custom build an engagement ring especially if you don't know anything about rings as I did at the start of my journey.
