My experience with CustomMade was great! Going into the process there was a lot I didn’t know, about the CustomMade process and rings in general, every question I had throughout the process was answered. They happily revised sketches and 3D renderings when I wasn’t satisfied with the first set. Their communication throughout the process was great, evening during the casting and physical creation of the ring they gave me regular updates on how far along my ring was. When I received the ring in the mail it came with a “Proposal Survival Kit” which contained a notecard and pencil for writing down your speech, tissues, a few breath mint, a polishing cloth for the ring, and a few other helpful items. Over all they did a fantastic job, both in the creation of the ring and in customer service, the survival kit, while a small detail just goes to show the thought and care that they put into their process.
