CustomMade not only provided me with the best product, but the best experience on a customer-service basis that I have ever had. The project is without a doubt the most visually stunning ring I could’ve ever imagined, but I would like to part words on their service. I was looking to design a custom engagement ring for my significant other and was very new to the diamond scene. Not only did CustomMade not take advantage of my naivety (which I am sure I expressed through the many questions I asked), but they provided resources to educate myself on the industry and best practices so that I felt included and well-informed. After several months and a few revisions, my project concluded with a beautiful pieces as expected. What was not expected was the gratifying experience and newfound knowledge I now have thanks to them. I approached CustomMade with the limited perspective of those who are my immediate circle and what I could find online. I left with an understanding of the stones, cuts, and all the intricacies of my project that supersedes even my closest relatives, such that I can now educate them WITH EVIDENCE (the project is gorgeous).
