The designers were incredibly helpful and friendly, they did what they said they would and helped me through the entire process and worked with me on multiple design changes to get the one I really wanted. They didn't pester me and try to rush a sale which I really appreciated. The price was also very fair and the ring was incredible. The only minor issue I had was that the gift box with the party favors that the actual ring box itself came in wasn't in the best condition and it wasn't from shipping. It might have just been a reused one but id definitely recommend this site. I'll be using it to design the wedding band soon if possible.
