Smooth and fast! The designing process was easy and everyone I worked with was extremely accommodating and responsive. End result was beautiful! The person who I gave the ring to wears it everyday. Quality is top notch. I would definitely order from Custom Made again. Excuse the slight wear and tear on the ring in the picture; he wears the ring literally every day and skates in it so the ring came into contact with pavement when falling off the skateboard.
