This was my first time using this service, which I found online, and was very pleased with the amount of communication I had with designer and production team. They were friendly easy to talk to and very willing to answer any questions if I had any. I felt as though I was talking with a friend which gave me a sense of security throughout the process, a security that is hard to find these days when navigating online services. When creating something for someone special this is the kind of communication you want. Giving you the opportunity to create something as personal and original as the moment that you are celebrating.
