The response time to all my questions was extremely quick, most of the time it was within the same day. Unless of course they were looking for pieces of the puzzle we were building, then it could take a day or two. But they were always swift to tell me they were on it and that they'd get back to me. Great customer service and they care about what you want the whole way. I had questions down to the ship date and they didn't hesitate to hold up shipping to make sure that the piece passed my inspection on every aspect before shipping it. 10/10 will definitely use again.
