I have been reluctant to respond but I believe that this will help you in your future clients. Things I believe that would bring more of an exciting experience for people would be progress photos through the process. That’s the biggest part of having something custom made, without it, it’s just another ring off the shelf. I was constantly told that no pictures can be taken through the process. To be honest, I thought the whole thing was a scam. As a business owner of some thirty years, I’ve seen my share of scams and that’s how I felt with the front-end of the process.
