Hi. I wasn't sure what to expect dealing with such an expensive and for me....an incredibly emotional ring design on the internet. Think of how many companies that could have a "hay day" with your credit card and a substandard outcome! But that was far from what I experienced. From Ruben, Jewelry Consultant, to Vincent, Design Lead, and Carla, Production Lead, the project was professional. Each employee, no matter what their job, was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, explained the process well and answered all questions in a VERY timely manor. All were very empathetic. I felt like I was their only customer. I want to design another ring and don't even need too! Thank you Custom Made. Thank you Ruben, Vincent and Carla for making this heart felt ring a reality!
