Working with Custom Made was a wonderful expirence. Not only is their process smooth and fun, but their attention to customer satisfaction is what spoke to me the most. I had many questions and drawbacks that would spin the head of a typical jeweler and they answered all my concerns swiftly and with in depth details about the process. Long story short, my fiancé didn't like the original design I made, after the stones were already ordered, and we had to scrap the whole thing to start over. The staff was very understanding and totally on board with getting things right. I absolutely LOVE both designs from the design team and I'm happy my fiancé loves her new ring! She plans on using Custom Made for when she goes to design my ring! I tell everyone where I got it made and they respond with many compliments!
