But immediately after first conversation, I was hooked! Every single person I interacted with was professional and kind with outstanding communication! Beyond that, they treated me MORE than just a customer. They checked up on me, had conversations, made sure everything was right in my world. They laid the guidelines of the practices up front without curtains, and they didn't shove pricing or "pay up" mentalities near me at all. The quality of the ring is outstanding! It would not be so good without the choice selection of artists and jewelers with custom made. Every single step they were there to communicate even the smallest details with me.
