CustomMade was SO great to work with. They were responsive and unbelievably accommodating to all of the (MANY) changes I asked for/options to see as sketches as well as 3D designs (which is work in and of itself!). As they are a somewhat new and growing business, there were a few hiccups along the way, most notably because the center stone I wanted was such a unique/oddly specific shape/dimension and upon paying for it learning that it would not be able to be set in the way my original design had confirmed (4 prongs vs 6). The jeweler found only after I’d secured the center stone I wanted that it could not be made based on the sketch I OK’d. Because each stone they purchase is for an individual design, they weren’t able to sell it back and I had to end up paying for a large percentage of the stone and never received it but ended up using stones I already had. With all of that noted, I want to reiterate how accommodating everyone was and how helpful and kind they were. They made a beautiful vintage inspired custom band for me which came out perfectly. Again, I initially wanted a hexagonal center stone. Without these complications, (even with them) I 100% absolutely recommend working with CustomMade!
