Everyone involved at each point in the process was knowldegable, communicative, a good guide when I needed and a supporter when I needed. The team moves quickly through the process but only in an efficient way, not a rushed way. I never felt pressured to make my decision any faster than I did, and I went through a few initial design changes before settling on my one of a kind final design. The build quality, photographs taken, and gemstones are professional grade, top quality, but somehow the ring is just as perfect in person.
