I want to first say that the experience of crafting a unique ring with CustomMade was incredible. When I first started looking for a ring I accidentally stumbled upon this service, and I really mean accidentally as I thought I had clicked onto a different site. Nevertheless, I was impressed by how many customization options there were to start with and was amazed by the friendly and extremely responsive staff. I'm a very impatient and nervous man when it comes to spending large amounts of money online as I have been scammed once before so I was very skeptical. Their process for crafting rings is also something to behold and has an incredible amount of flexibility. I sent reference images and preferences to them and they responded with a sketch that featured aspects of everything I'd sent. It felt great having their experts with me every step of the way and to have the process guide available at all times. The finished product...far better than I had expected and the pictures do not do it justice. Sure, you can go to Kay's or Jared's and get a ring in a fraction of the time, but if you want a completely one of a kind ring I Honestly cannot think of a better service. I will forever sing their praise and will definitely be using them again in the future.
