It is incredible that it was possible to take my idea for a 50th wedding anniversary ring, my rudimentary drawing and basic design parameters, go through their process and produce a ring that is better than I had imagined. Every step in their process makes you more confident that they understand what you desire to accomplish. All the members of my design team were dedicated to ensuring that I was happy before going to the next step in the manufacturing process. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision.
