I submitted an inquiry and began discussing my project/vision with the company. They worked with me in creating the perfect wedding set for myself and my husband. There was no charge to start the process and CustomMade was very responsive to my ideas, suggestions and change requests. I was communicated with throughout the entire process- but, not in a pushy way at all! Once my design was perfected, I paid my deposit and my rings went into production! The final payment was not due until my rings were complete and photographed for my approval! I was worried about the price of such a wonderful service- it wasn't a concern! We found CustomMade to be very reasonable and even better priced than some of the pieces we had looked at in stores. And it was OUR design! Not a cookie cutter piece that others might be walking around with on their fingers- uniquely ours! I highly recommend CustomMade and can't say enough positive things about our experience!
