Had them make a custom piece of our Family Shield for a necklace. They showed me all the things they were capable of with adding coloring, engraving and textures. Discussed with me the advantages and disadvantages of each option and experiences they had with each. Really helped me with picture renderings and of my options to help me see what my project would look like. Great experience and it came out exactly like it showed in the renderings. I was ecstatic and proud of what we created for my family. I even came back 2 years later and had another made for my son so he could have one to pass down to his son. They brought up the original and was able to have it recreated again and any changes if I needed. Excellent customer service!! They provided great communication on what was going on and updates on each step of the process. I will definitely use them again in the future.
