The customer experience was one of the highlights of my time working with CustomMade. Turnaround time on questions was always less than 24 hours and I usually heard back in 4-6 hours. The team was very patient with me as we worked through inital designs. Would highly recomend this service to anyone who would want to do a custom ring.
