The Custom Made experience was 10/10. My husband and I had been waiting and wanting custom rings made with our family crest for over 2 years and we were having a really difficult time finding a jeweler to accomplish this for us. I found Custom Made in an online search and contacted the company to learn more about the process and where they were based out of. We were very impressed with the entire process. The things we love about this company and the process: We were able to go at our pace, and have approval at each stage. The company clearly stated what they were capable of including expectations of the process, the final product, time frame, and pricing. I was communicating with a person at each stage of the process and everyone was incredible and very helpful- I knew each by name, so it was very personable. The process was extremely pleasant and we love our rings so much! Best of all they save your design so you can duplicate the ring in the future (which we hope to do one day for our children).
