Obviously the necklace i got was quite expensive for what I got, and etsy shops tend to be cheaper (provided you find someone who both understands and is able to create your design), but the quality and communication of CustomMade was very pleasing. The images they provided prior to production were high quality and exactly what I had wanted, they were very keen on making sure I was satisfied. The final product was very accurate and quite well made. Not a single blemish or production mark on the pendant. The lead time was also significant, but not nearly as long as I expected. Overall, I do recommend them for specific jewellery requests that are hard to realize in a store or through a small vendor. They were reliable, personable, and professional.
